Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We’re seeking compassionate, skilled BCBAs who are committed to clinical excellence and family collaboration.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Supervising RBTs and clinical teams
- Providing ongoing parent training and support
- Monitoring progress and adjusting programs as needed
- Ensuring therapy is delivered according to ethical and evidence-based practices
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to professional growth and client success
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We’re hiring dedicated RBTs who want to make a difference in children’s daily lives through engaging, play-based therapy.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Collecting accurate data during sessions
- Assisting with skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas
- Maintaining a safe, supportive, and fun therapy environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Occupational Therapist (Contract)
We’re seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists on a contract basis who are passionate about helping children build independence and functional skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized therapy plans
- Supporting fine motor, sensory, and self-care skill development
- Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring progress and adapting interventions as needed
- Promoting skill generalization across home, school, and community settings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current OT licensure in North Carolina
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to child-centered, evidence-based practice
Speech Therapist (Contract)
We’re seeking compassionate Speech Therapists on a contract basis who are dedicated to fostering communication and social connection for children.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments
- Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing therapy to address language, speech, and social communication needs
- Supporting families with strategies for carryover at home and school
- Collaborating with OTs, BCBAs, and other professionals for integrated care
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP licensure or certification in North Carolina
- Experience supporting children with autism and developmental communication needs
- Familiarity with AAC and social communication interventions
- Strong collaboration and family-coaching skills
